Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
Form I-131, Application for Travel Document

New Lean One-Step Adjustment of Status Package

For applicants who do not need employment authorization or advance parole, we are also introducing a more streamlined option that includes:
Form I-130
Form I-485
Relevant supporting documentation and attorney review
This allows qualifying clients to pursue permanent residence without paying for additional applications they may not need.
Standard I-485 Adjustment of Status
Previously: $2,600
Now: $1,995
For individuals who already have the appropriate underlying immigration basis and need assistance primarily with the Adjustment of Status process, we have also substantially reduced our standard I-485 representation fee.
